Skicka och ta mot fakturor

Visma Autoinvoice är ett tillägg till ditt affärssystem för att att skicka kundfakturor och ta emot leverantörsfakturor.

Med Autoinvoice skickas dina fakturor elektroniskt direkt mellan olika ekonomisystem. Du kan även skicka dina fakturor till de kunder som inte är anslutna till att ta emot e-fakturor. Via tjänsten Visma AutoInvoice skrivs då fakturorna ut och postas åt dig.

Skicka kundfakturor

När du skickar en faktura från Visma Business eller Visma Net via  AutoInvoice tar tjänsten hand om fakturan och skickar den vidare till din kund. Oavsett om kunden vill ha den som brev, PDF eller e-faktura.

Ta emot leverantörsfakturor

Att ta emot en faktura via Visma AutoInvoice innebär att din leverantör skickar sin faktura till tjänsten som tar hand om fakturan och skickar den vidare till dig. Handlar det om en PDF- eller pappersfaktura scannas och tolkas den innan den skickas vidare. Du läser in fakturan och alla uppgifter registreras automatiskt.
